Pilates Body in 30 Minutes!!!

It's amazing what 40 minutes of Mat will do for the body just a few times a week! Now, these girls obviously take damn good care of themselves but they too have big bad obligations that can get in the way of that important exercise routine! It happens, sometimes taking an hour or more a day to workout is simply not in the cards.40-50 minutes of a fast moving, tummy working, muscle lengthening Mat exercise will surely make you feel hotter than not doing anything at all!

But why and how? Once told by a Master Instructor, "one should be able to move through the Advanced Mat in 30 minutes. If they do this a few times a week they will be strong, tight, and balanced!"

Have to agree with this wise individual. The advance Mat hits every body part, seriously, toes and fingers included and it increases the heart rate to that loved fat burning zone! This is the secret of how these Beautiful Pilates Bodies stay fabulously in Shape when time is working against them!

Show up, get your Mat-on, get dressed feeling like a million bucks, and it's back to that busy life that sometimes just gets in the way!
