Eat a lot of Fat?

We love when our clients talk less about "the next fad diet that's going to blow the fat off their ass" and more about consumption of clean/raw foods that promote a healthier lifestyle. Diets rich in good Fats, Complex Carbohydrates, Natural Sugars is not only essential for balance but you can't live without them. We understand why it can be hard to know exactly how to balance all this good stuff to get the best results for your body and image!

Here is why and one example... Olive Oil! More and more people are substituting things like Olive Oil for cooking, dressing salads and this behavior is definitely encouraged! But even the good fat of the foods living in our pantry's can still be too much.

Steaming vegetables or eating raw is a fantastic way to cut back fat especially if you snack on yummies like nuts and low fat cheese. Using a non-stick pan is another way to cut caloric intake or using a little water to base the saute pan (no one will know difference).

As for that Leafy Green Salad, try using:The ingredients in Bragg Dressing are not only 20cal per 2 tablespoon, 0g of fat, and (bonus) 0mg of Sodium but it is also way (way) less processed.... Even a healthier Dressing like Balsamic Vinaigrette's which on average will have sometimes more/less than 120cal per 2 tablespoons, 13g of fat, lots of sodium (more/less than 220mg), and very processed isn't exactly a "better" choice and could be the reason the body is holding unwanted weight.. This is one more way to cut calories, eat cleaner, and happier!
